Breakaway Solitaire is a card game for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. In short: it doesn't collect any information about you, and nothing you do in it leaves your device.

What the app collects

Nothing. Breakaway has no accounts and no sign-in, shows no ads, and contains no analytics, tracking, or third-party code that gathers data. We don't receive any information about you or how you play.

What stays on your device

Your game in progress, its undo history, and your settings (such as the deals you choose, the table, and whether sounds are on) are kept on your device so you can pick up where you left off. They're never sent to us or anyone else. Like any app's data, they may be included in your device's own backups, under Apple's terms.

Purchases

Breakaway Plus is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and your Apple Account; we don't receive your payment details or personal information. The app asks the App Store only whether Breakaway Plus has been bought, so it can unlock it.

Children

Breakaway is suitable for all ages, and since it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children.

This website

breakawaysolitaire.com uses no cookies, analytics, or trackers, and loads nothing from other sites. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Getting in touch

If you write to us at support@breakawaysolitaire.com, we use your message and address only to reply, and don't share them. If you start the email from Contact Support on the app's About page, it already includes the app's version and your device's model and system version, to help with the problem. You can see them in the email, and remove them, before you send it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
